Pick a service, describe what needs doing and choose a date and time. It takes a minute or two.

Compare quotes
Nearby providers who offer that service are alerted and reply with their hourly rate. Check their ratings and completed jobs, then choose.

Get it done
Chat in the app and share photos. Your provider starts with a one-time code from you, so work begins only when you are ready.

Questions people ask
How much does it cost to post a job?
Posting a job is free. You pay for the work itself once it is finished: the hourly rate you agreed multiplied by the hours actually worked. The rate you see already includes our service fee.
How do I choose a provider?
When providers respond to your job you see each one's hourly rate, rating and number of completed jobs. Pick whoever suits you best, or browse providers on the map and book one directly.
When and how do I pay?
After the job is complete, right in the app, by card or PayPal. You are charged for the hours actually worked, so a job that finishes early costs less.
Do I need to be a qualified professional to offer my services?
No. Licensed trades are welcome, and so is anyone who is good at something other people need doing: cleaning, gardening, moving furniture, assembling flat-pack, running errands. You choose the services you offer and the hourly rate you want, and your ratings build up from there. Where a job legally needs a license or certification, only take it on if you hold one.
I offer a service. How do I start getting job alerts?
Download the SMARTSRVC Provider app, pick the services you offer and add your address. There is no application to pass and no trade qualification to upload. You will be alerted whenever a matching job is posted in your area.
How do providers get paid?
Add your bank account in the Provider app. Earnings from completed jobs are paid out to it, and you can follow every payment on your earnings screen.
Can I use SMARTSRVC to hire staff?
Yes. Switch to Employer mode in the SMARTSRVC app to post openings, search and invite candidates, and hire. Work is invoiced monthly and paid in the app.
